In her role as a senior consultant with NewLevel Group, Jeri serves as the CEO of Sustainable Napa County, an initiative of the Gasser Foundation and community stakeholders to build a comprehensive campaign for local economic, environmental, and social sustainability.

Formerly, she was Public Affairs Manager for the Napa Valley Vintners, a non-profit trade association with more than 300 Napa Valley winery members.  In this position, she managed NVV’s comprehensive public outreach program, and analyzed and responded to key community and industry issues.

Jeri is immediate Past Chair of the Napa Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Chamber’s Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Legislative Action Committee and newly formed Green and Sustainable Practices Committee.  She is also a graduate of Leadership Napa Valley (LNV) Class 15 and this year was named one of North Bay Business Journal’s Forty Under 40.

She is Past-State President of California Women for Agriculture, the state’s largest all volunteer agriculture organization with over 3,000 members in 24 chapters statewide.  She has served on the Advisory Board for the California Institute for the Study of Specialty Crops and served for six years as a member of the University of California President’s Advisory Commission for the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources.  In 2007 she was awarded the Common Threads Award recognizing women in agriculture who are also active in philanthropic and community service.
