NLG Clients Use Comprehensive Feedback Tool

It allows managers to receive valuable insights and feedback from many different perspectives, so they can identify areas in which they can capitalize on strengths, build skills in needed areas, and enhance their overall effectiveness.

Hays begins with consulting on the selection of the 360° instrument and its implementation. After the feedback results are received, Hays provides coaching on the results, followed by consulting on action planning, training, and coaching for the managers, tailored to their individual goals.
