As a follow-up to NLG’s work with the SFCVB to develop its strategic plan, Carrie Hays will serve in an advisory capacity for the organization as it develops and implements a comprehensive training and development program for all staff.


The California Judges Association has engaged NewLevel Group to perform a Situational Assessment

The California Judges Association has engaged NewLevel Group to consult on its strategic planning process. NLG will first perform an assessment of its current programs, services, and focus. This situational assessment includes conducting personal interviews with members of its board of directors, past leadership and staff, as well as an online survey. Based on data collected, NLG will design and facilitate a full-day board of directors' strategic planning session to build a common understanding of the mission and vision of the organization and to articulate its strategic objectives for the coming years.

The Napa Valley Unified School District embarks on communications assessment and planning

The Napa Valley Unified School District has hired NewLevel Group to assess their internal and external communications, create a plan to improve communications, and help them implement new procedures that will result in consistent, proactive, and clear communications.  NLG is conducting interviews, surveys, and focus groups to solicit information from numerous audiences, including non-English speaking groups.

Jackson Hole, Wyoming was the site of a recent series of workshops for dozens of nonprofit leaders and board members sponsored by the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole and conducted by John Heymann and Lisa Toller of NewLevel Group. NCTPA partners with NewLevel Group to engage the community

Tasked with updating the county’s strategic transportation plan based on public input, the Napa County Transportation and Planning Agency (NCTPA) needed to engage all community groups and individuals concerned about transportation. The agency asked NewLevel Group to perform public outreach through a media campaign, public meetings, and personal contact to community leaders and groups. NCTPA made over 75 presentations, the planning process was covered in every major newspaper, and public meetings were lively and well attended. As a result, NCTPA had more than enough public input from which to make recommendations for transportation plan updates.


Villagio Inn & Spa in Yountville launches new spa

Villagio Inn & Spa in Yountville will be opening its new spa soon. This will include not only significant changes in how services are delivered, it will really create a different feel and experience for each spa guest. NewLevel Group’s Carrie Hays will be working with staff and management on managing the transition to ensure understanding of and commitment to the vision for this new spa and the changing services.
