Susan Calcagno brings a unique blend of assessment expertise as well as organizational development experience to the business world. 

Her background in assessment, includes her role as founding partner of Interactive Measurement Technologies, a training evaluation company that developed state of the art technology to survey participants regarding the effectiveness of corporate training in a variety of companies including Bank of America and Cisco Systems.  As an Assessment Specialist and Consulting Associate for Performance Resources, Susan worked closely with various organizations to determine the return on the training investment.

As Associate Director and Psychometrist of Assessment & Testing at CSUEast Bay, Susan designed and facilitated survey research regarding a variety of educational and competency issues; she also taught courses in Survey and Test Development. In her role as an administrator, she worked closely with various State of California offices consulting on workplace assessment issues.

In her role as Director of Organizational Development, Training and Culture for Meadowood Napa Valley Susan collaborated with executive leaders in the development and implementation of staff performance criteria, training and measurement systems to align with business objectives related to providing exceptional customer service.

Susan holds a Master of Science degree in Educational Psychology, with emphasis in Behavioral Research and Assessment.
