Carrie Hays is an accomplished trainer, management consultant, and facilitator with over fifteen years of management and organizational development experience. Known for her expertise at facilitating customized workshops, retreats, and meetings designed to heighten organizational effectiveness, Carrie works with a variety of audiences ranging from small teams to groups of up to 600 participants. As a result, her clients are able to create more effective organizations and teams that can successfully navigate change.

Her work with private, public, and nonprofit organizations around the world has included such projects as team building for twenty hospitality managers, organizational change consultation for a corporate acquisition process, a strategic planning retreat for a large nonprofit organization, and the creation of a management development series for a hotel chain. Carrie has helped hundreds of managers and supervisors improve their communication skills, interviewing techniques, and performance management. Her workshops on how to prevent sexual harassment have been described as "terrific" by participants.

Carrie has completed The Skilled Facilitator and Facilitating Difficult Conversations workshops and is certified in The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and MBTI Team Building. She also holds a Masters of Arts in Management degree from John F. Kennedy University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Colgate University, and an Associate degree from the Culinary Institute of America.

She has served on the Board of Directors of the North Bay Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development and the Yountville Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Bay Area Organizational Development Network, the American Society of Training and Development, and the C4 Collaborate of Culinary and Hospitality Industry Consultants.
